This is what the unity shield on the front print symbolizes: the merger of the "Achilles" emblem and the letter "A" ("Azov") in the form of a single chevron. It testifies to the military interaction and unity of the two units on the battlefield.

The drawing on the back is a modernized shield of Achilles. According to legend, the entire world of that time was depicted on Achilles' shield, which he defended when going into battle. The shield is divided into 4 parts of the world: north, south, west and east.

There is no statehood without the Golden Gates in Kyiv — the gateway to Kyivan Rus in the north of the country. It is incomplete without the Crimean Mountains and the Black Sea in the south. It is nourished by the history of the impregnable castles of Lutsk, Lviv, and Khotyn in the west. And it is fighting right now on the dumps of Donbas, in the steppes of Zaporizhia, and in the forests of Kharkiv.

A state lives as long as there are those who fight for it with the shield of unity in their hands.
