Refund policy

In case of exchange or return, write to us by mail or other communication channel for further instructions.
Used goods are not exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

It is possible to exchange a good of proper quality for another, similar one, if:
- the goods have not been used;
- the commodity appearance of the goods, its consumer properties, seals, labels, etc., are preserved;
- the invoice document that the consumer received together with the goods is preserved;

The cost of delivery is compensated only if the product is of the incorrect size or of poor quality as a result of a manufacturing defect.

In the event that the product is different in size from the one ordered or is of poor quality as a result of a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return it or exchange it for the same product of good quality, if available.

Exchanges and returns inquiries are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
